The Airport Express Service will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with stops at five designated stations: * Five Points (Downtown Atlanta) * North Springs (Sandy Springs) * Brookhaven (Brookhaven) * Chamblee (Chamblee) * Doraville (Doraville) The buses will run on dedicated lanes, eliminating traffic congestion and providing a reliable and time-efficient alternative to vehicle travel. The journey from Five Points to the airport is estimated to take approximately 40 minutes, while trips from other stations will vary based on distance. “This new service will revolutionize airport transportation in Atlanta,” said MARTA General Manager and CEO Jeffrey Parker. “By connecting key areas of the city to ATL with a dedicated express route, we’re providing a seamless and affordable travel option for both residents and visitors.” The Airport Express Service will feature comfortable buses equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and ample luggage storage. Fares will be competitive with other airport shuttle services, providing riders with a cost-effective way to access ATL. The launch of the Airport Express Service is part of MARTA’s ongoing efforts to improve and expand its transportation network.
