The $18 million project, funded by a combination of state and local grants, will transform the 40,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art facility offering a comprehensive range of health services, including: * Primary care and preventive medicine * Chronic disease management * Behavioral health services * Dental care * Substance abuse treatment The new health center will be conveniently located in a neighborhood that faces significant health disparities.
