Each resident will be eligible for one free taco per week, with no purchase necessary. Participating taquerias will be designated with official signage and will feature a rotating menu of tacos to choose from. Residents can expect to savor traditional favorites like al pastor, carnitas, and carne asada, as well as innovative creations and regional specialties. “This program is a testament to the enduring power of tacos in our community,” said Ricardo Ascencio, owner of El Nopalito Taqueria. “Tacos bring people together, and we’re honored to be part of this initiative that will make them even more accessible to our residents.” In addition to providing a delectable culinary experience, the free taco Tuesdays initiative aims to boost the local economy by supporting small businesses.
