The centerpiece of the plan is the construction of a new 30-story skyscraper on the site of the former Sheridan Hollow housing project. The tower, designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, will feature luxury apartments, penthouses, and commercial space. It is expected to become a landmark on the Albany skyline and a symbol of the city’s resurgence.
