The event, known as “the largest balloon festival in the world,” has been a beloved tradition for over 40 years. Over 600 balloons are expected to participate, including a wide array of shapes, sizes, and designs. From traditional teardrops to whimsical animals and iconic characters, the balloons will create a mesmerizing tapestry against the vibrant autumn sky. Visitors can expect a full schedule of events, including: * Mass Ascensions: Twice a day, at dawn and dusk, hundreds of balloons will simultaneously lift off from Balloon Fiesta Park, creating an awe-inspiring spectacle. * Special Shape Rodeo: Dozens of creatively designed special shape balloons will compete in a series of aerial maneuvers for the coveted America’s Challenge Cup. * Glowdeos: In the evenings, selected balloons will be illuminated with vibrant lights, transforming Balloon Fiesta Park into a magical wonderland. * Fireworks: Each night of the fiesta, spectacular fireworks displays will light up the sky over the park.
